The content provided by FinPulse, including AI-generated audio briefings, charts, and market data, is for informational and educational purposes only. It does NOT constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You alone assume the sole responsibility of evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of any information or other content on the Service.
3. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated watchlists), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FinPulse and its licensors.
5. Termination
